By profession i am a goldsmith and i want to buy a car .Cash prize is 200000 dh and with bank installment 240000.To buy the car we have to sell 2 kg gold from the shop but if we work with the gold and pay bank installment with the profit.The car would be free to us in three years .After three we have both things the gold and the car but if we buy the car on cash we would the owner of the car only.So in this condition what should we do and is installment harram or halal in this condition?
