Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 1
Arabic
الر ۚ تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ وَقُرْآنٍ مُبِينٍUrdu
آلرا۔ یہ خدا کی کتاب اور قرآن روشن کی آیتیں ہیںEnglish
A. L. R. These are the Ayats of Revelation,- of a Qur´an that makes things clear. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 2
Arabic
رُبَمَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ كَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَUrdu
کسی وقت کافر لوگ آرزو کریں گے کہ اے کاش وہ مسلمان ہوتےEnglish
Again and again will those who disbelieve, wish that they had bowed (to Allah´s will) in Islam. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 3
Arabic
ذَرْهُمْ يَأْكُلُوا وَيَتَمَتَّعُوا وَيُلْهِهِمُ الْأَمَلُ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَUrdu
(اے محمد) ان کو اُن کے حال پر رہنے دو کہ کھالیں اور فائدے اُٹھالیں اور (طول) امل ان کو دنیا میں مشغول کئے رہے عنقریب ان کو (اس کا انجام) معلوم ہو جائے گاEnglish
Leave them alone, to enjoy (the good things of this life) and to please themselves: let (false) hope amuse them: soon will knowledge (undeceive them). Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 4
Arabic
وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَعْلُومٌUrdu
اور ہم نے کوئی بستی ہلاک نہیں کی۔ مگر اس کا وقت مرقوم ومعین تھاEnglish
Never did We destroy a population that had not a term decreed and assigned beforehand. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 5
Arabic
مَا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَUrdu
کوئی جماعت اپنی مدت (وفات) سے نہ آگے نکل سکتی ہے نہ پیچھے رہ سکتی ہےEnglish
Neither can a people anticipate its term, nor delay it. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 6
Arabic
وَقَالُوا يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِي نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ الذِّكْرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجْنُونٌUrdu
اور کفار کہتے ہیں کہ اے شخص جس پر نصیحت (کی کتاب) نازل ہوئی ہے تُو تو دیوانہ ہےEnglish
They say: "O thou to whom the Message is being revealed! truly thou art mad (or possessed)! Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 7
Arabic
لَوْ مَا تَأْتِينَا بِالْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَUrdu
اگر تو سچا ہے تو ہمارے پاس فرشتوں کو کیوں نہیں لے آتاEnglish
"Why bringest thou not angels to us if it be that thou hast the Truth?" Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 8
Arabic
مَا نُنَزِّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةَ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوا إِذًا مُنْظَرِينَUrdu
(کہہ دو) ہم فرشتوں کو نازل نہیں کیا کرتے مگر حق کے ساتھ اور اس وقت ان کو مہلت نہیں ملتیEnglish
We send not the angels down except for just cause: if they came (to the ungodly), behold! no respite would they have! Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 9
Arabic
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَUrdu
بےشک یہ (کتاب) نصیحت ہمیں نے اُتاری ہے اور ہم ہی اس کے نگہبان ہیںEnglish
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption). Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 10
Arabic
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فِي شِيَعِ الْأَوَّلِينَUrdu
اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے لوگوں میں بھی پیغمبر بھیجے تھےEnglish
We did send messengers before thee amongst the religious sects of old: Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 11
Arabic
وَمَا يَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَUrdu
اور اُن کے پاس کوئی پیغمبر نہیں آتا تھا مگر وہ اُس کے ساتھ استہزاء کرتے تھےEnglish
But never came a messenger to them but they mocked him. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 12
Arabic
كَذَٰلِكَ نَسْلُكُهُ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُجْرِمِينَUrdu
اسی طرح ہم اس (تکذیب وضلال) کو گنہگاروں کے دلوں میں داخل کر دیتے ہیںEnglish
Even so do we let it creep into the hearts of the sinners - Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 13
Arabic
لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ ۖ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ سُنَّةُ الْأَوَّلِينَUrdu
سو وہ اس پر ایمان نہیں لاتے اور پہلوں کی روش بھی یہی رہی ہےEnglish
That they should not believe in the (Message); but the ways of the ancients have passed away. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 14
Arabic
وَلَوْ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ بَابًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَظَلُّوا فِيهِ يَعْرُجُونَUrdu
اوراگر ہم آسمان کا کوئی دروازہ اُن پر کھول دیں اور وہ اس میں چڑھنے بھی لگیںEnglish
Even if We opened out to them a gate from heaven, and they were to continue (all day) ascending therein, Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 15
Arabic
لَقَالُوا إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتْ أَبْصَارُنَا بَلْ نَحْنُ قَوْمٌ مَسْحُورُونَUrdu
تو بھی یہی کہیں کہ ہماری آنکھیں مخمور ہوگئی ہیں بلکہ ہم پر جادو کر دیا گیا ہےEnglish
They would only say: "Our eyes have been intoxicated: Nay, we have been bewitched by sorcery." Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 16
Arabic
وَلَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا فِي السَّمَاءِ بُرُوجًا وَزَيَّنَّاهَا لِلنَّاظِرِينَUrdu
اور ہم ہی نے آسمان میں برج بنائے اور دیکھنے والوں کے لیے اُس کو سجا دیاEnglish
It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 17
Arabic
وَحَفِظْنَاهَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ رَجِيمٍUrdu
اور ہر شیطان راندہٴ درگاہ سے اُسے محفوظ کر دیاEnglish
And (moreover) We have guarded them from every cursed devil: Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 18
Arabic
إِلَّا مَنِ اسْتَرَقَ السَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ مُبِينٌUrdu
ہاں اگر کوئی چوری سے سننا چاہے تو چمکتا ہوا انگارہ اس کے پیچھے لپکتا ہےEnglish
But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 19
Arabic
وَالْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَوْزُونٍUrdu
اور زمین کو بھی ہم ہی نے پھیلایا اور اس پر پہاڑ (بنا کر) رکھ دیئے اور اس میں ہر ایک سنجیدہ چیز اُگائیEnglish
And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 20
Arabic
وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ وَمَنْ لَسْتُمْ لَهُ بِرَازِقِينَUrdu
اور ہم ہی نے تمہارے لیے اور ان لوگوں کے لیے جن کو تم روزی نہیں دیتے اس میں معاش کے سامان پیدا کئےEnglish
And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 21
Arabic
وَإِنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍUrdu
اور ہمارے ہاں ہر چیز کے خزانے ہیں اور ہم ان کو بمقدار مناسب اُتارتے رہتے ہیںEnglish
And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 22
Arabic
وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ لَوَاقِحَ فَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمُوهُ وَمَا أَنْتُمْ لَهُ بِخَازِنِينَUrdu
اور ہم ہی ہوائیں چلاتے ہیں (جو بادلوں کے پانی سے) بھری ہوئی ہوتی ہیں اور ہم ہی آسمان سے مینہ برساتے ہیں اور ہم ہی تم کو اس کا پانی پلاتے ہیں اور تم تو اس کا خرانہ نہیں رکھتےEnglish
And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 23
Arabic
وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْيِي وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ الْوَارِثُونَUrdu
اور ہم ہی حیات بخشتے اور ہم ہی موت دیتے ہیں۔ اور ہم سب کے وارث (مالک) ہیںEnglish
And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 24
Arabic
وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا الْمُسْتَقْدِمِينَ مِنْكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا الْمُسْتَأْخِرِينَUrdu
اور جو لوگ تم میں پہلے گزر چکے ہیں ہم کو معلوم ہیں اور جو پیچھے آنے والے ہیں وہ بھی ہم کو معلوم ہیںEnglish
To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. Surah Al-Hijr: 15 Ayah: 25
